The basics

These terms govern your use of frommillie.com and purchases of From Millie products (“we”, “us”). By ordering, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Using the product

From Millie products are cosmetics for external use on the skin, used as directed on the label. If your skin is reactive, patch test before the first full-face use and avoid broken or irritated skin. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under the care of a dermatologist, check with your clinician before adding new actives such as azelaic acid.

Orders, subscriptions, refunds

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in EUR at checkout; we may change prices for future orders at any time.
• Subscriptions renew on the cadence shown at checkout until you pause or cancel, which you can do anytime.
• Shipping and the 14-day money-back window are described in our refund & shipping policy, which is part of these terms.
• We may refuse or cancel orders we reasonably suspect are fraudulent or for resale; any payment taken is refunded.

Cosmetic disclaimer

From Millie products are cosmetics, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition; claims on this site are limited to cosmetic effects, such as calming the look of visible redness. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If a skin concern persists or worsens, see a pharmacist or doctor.

Liability & disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. If we have a dispute, we'll both try good-faith email resolution first via hello@frommillie.com before anything formal.
