Shipping
The first batch of 1,000 jars ships late September. After batch one is in stock, orders ship across the UK & EUwithin 3 days of being placed. Tracking is sent to your email when the order ships. We do not currently ship outside the UK & EU — if you are elsewhere, email us your country at hello@frommillie.com and we will tell you when that changes.
If the late-September window slips, we tell you straight away and refund anyone who asks — see below.
14-day money-back window
If an order is not right for you for any reason, email hello@frommillie.com within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the order. No calls, no return shipping, no restocking fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund at any time — just email us.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew on the cadence shown at checkout and can be paused or cancelled anytime — email hello@frommillie.com or use the Stripe-powered link in your receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals; the 14-day window above applies to each delivered renewal.
Damaged or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo tohello@frommillie.com and we will replace or refund it — your choice.
